Happy Fathers' Day!!!

"None of you can ever be proud enough of being the child of such a FATHER who has not his equal in this world-so great, so good, so faultless. Try, all of you, to follow in his footsteps and don't be discouraged, for to be really in everything like him none of you, I am sure, will ever be. Try, therefore, to be like him in some points, and you will have acquired a great deal."

Happy Mothers' Day!!!

"My mother was the most beautiful woman I ever saw. All I am I owe to my MOTHER. I attribute all my success in life to the moral, intellectual and physical education I received from her."

Thoughts To Ponder!!!

ONE: Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully.

TWO: Marry a man/woman you love to talk to. As you get older, their conversational skills will be as important as any other.

THREE: Don't believe all you hear, spend all you have or sleep all you want.

FOUR: When you say, "I Love You," mean it.

FIVE: When you say, "I'm Sorry," look the person in the eye.

SIX: Be engaged at least six months before you get married.

SEVEN: Believe in love at first sight.

EIGHT: Never laugh at anyone's dream. People who don't have dreams don't have much.

NINE: Love deeply and passionately. You might get hurt but it's the only way to live life completely.

TEN: In disagreements, fight fairly. No name calling.

ELEVEN: Don't judge people by their relatives.

TWELVE: Talk slowly but think quickly.

THIRTEEN: When someone asks you a question you don't want to answer, smile and ask, "Why do you want to know?"

FOURTEEN:
Remember that great love and great achievements involve great risk.

FIFTEEN: Say "Bless You" when you hear someone sneeze.

SIXTEEN: When you lose, don't lose the lesson.

SEVENTEEN: Remember the three R's: Respect for self; Respect for others; and responsibility for all your actions.

EIGHTEEN: Don't let a little dispute injure a great friendship.

NINETEEN: When you realize you've made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.

TWENTY:
Smile when picking up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice.

TWENTY-ONE: Spend some time alone.

Have A Blessed Lenten Season!!!

"YOU ARE MY FRIENDS, AND THE GREATEST LOVE A PERSON CAN HAVE FOR HIS FRIENDS IS TO GIVE HIS LIFE TO THEM"
HE had no servants, yet they called HIM "MASTER"
HE had no degree, yet they called HIM "TEACHER"
HE had no medicine, yet they called HIM a "HEALER"
HE had no army, yet kings feared HIM
HE won no military battles, yet HE conquer the world
HE committed no crime, yet they crucify HIM
HE was buried in a tomb, yet HE lives today
Feel honored to serve such a "LEADER"
HE is JESUS, the "LOVER" of our soul. "The Passion Of Christ"

V for VHENZ...

Once upon a time there was a bunch of tiny frogs who arranged a running competition. The goal was to reach the top of a very high tower. A big crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race and cheer on the contestants. The race began....

Honestly: No one in the crowd really believed that the tiny frogs would reach the top of the tower.

You heard statements such as: "Oh, WAY too difficult! "They will NEVER make it to the top."

or: "Not a chance that they will succeed. The tower is too high!"

The tiny frogs began collapsing. One by one except for those, who in a fresh tempo, were climbing higher and higher. The crowd continued to yell, "It is too difficult!!! No one will make it!" More tiny frogs got tired and gave up. But ONE continued higher and higher and higher. This one wouldn't give up! At the end everyone else had given up climbing the tower. Except for the one tiny frog who, after a big effort, was the only one who reached the top!

THEN all of the other tiny frogs naturally wanted to know how this one frog managed to do it? A contestant asked the tiny frog how he had found the strength to succeed and reach the goal? It turned out that the winner was DEAF…

THE WISDOM OF THE STORY IS: Never listen to other people's tendencies to be negative or pessimistic because they take your most wonderful dreams and wishes away from you he ones you have in your heart! Always think of the power words have. Because everything you hear and read will affect your actions!

Therefore: ALWAYS BE POSITIVE!

And above all: Be DEAF when people tell YOU that you cannot fulfill your dreams!

Always think: God and I can do this! Give them some motivation!!! Most people walk in and out of your life......but FRIENDS leave footprints in your heart... To The World You Might Be One Person; But To One Person You Might Be the World...

Love... Wealth... Success...

A woman came out of her house and saw 3 old men with long white beards sitting in her front yard. She did not recognize them. She said "I don't think I know you, but you must be hungry. Please come in and have something to eat."

"Is the man of the house home?", they asked.

"No", she replied. "He's out."

"Then we cannot come in", they replied.

In the evening when her husband came home, she told him what had happened.

"Go tell them I am home and invite them in!"

The woman went out and invited the men in.

"We do not go into a House together," they replied.

"Why is that?" she asked.

One of the old men explained: "His name is Wealth," he said pointing to one of his friends, and said pointing to another one, "He is Success, and I am Love." Then he added, "Now go in and discuss with your husband which one of us you want in your home."

The woman went in and told her husband what was said. Her husband was overjoyed. "How nice!!", he said. "Since that is the case, let us invite Wealth. Let him come and fill our home with wealth!"

His wife disagreed. "My dear, why don't we invite Success?" Their daughter-in-law was listening from the other corner of the house. She jumped in with her own suggestion: "Would it not be better to invite Love? Our home will then be filled with love!"

"Let us heed our daughter-in-law's advice," said the husband to his wife.

"Go out and invite Love to be our guest." The woman went out and asked the 3 old men,
"Which one of you is Love? Please come in and be our guest."

Love got up and started walking toward the house. The other 2 also got up and followed him. Surprised, the lady asked Wealth and Success: "I only invited Love, Why are you coming in?"

The old men replied together: "If you had invited Wealth or Success, the other two of us would've stayed out, but since you invited Love, wherever He goes, we go with him.
Wherever there is Love, there is also Wealth and Success…

Snake v.s. Spider: Who Will Win, We Lose

Bloemfontein, South Africa. An office receptionist got the shock of her life earlier this week when she found a 14cm long “Aurora House Snake” entangled in the web of a deadly spider. Tania Robertson, a receptionist at an electrical firm in Bloemfontein, came in to work on Tuesday and spotted the strange sight next to a desk in her office. The snake, which had obviously died from the spider's poisonous bite, was off the ground and caught up in the web. Leon Lotz of the Herpetology Department at the National Museum immediately identified the spider as a female “Brown Button Spider”. The brown button spider, easily identifiable by a red hourglass marking on its stomach, is not quite as deadly as a Black Widow. He said it was only the second time in South Africa that he had heard of a snake getting caught in a spider's web. Rod Douglas from the herpetology department identified the snake as being a young, non-poisonous Aurora House Snake. It is believed the snake got caught in the web on Monday night. But it did not take the spider long to bite it. A red mark on the snake's stomach was evidence of where the spider had started eating it. Throughout Tuesday, the spider checked on her prey, but on Wednesday she rolled it up and started spinning a web around it. She also kept lifting it higher off the ground, while continually snacking on it. Even a fly that accidentally landed on the snake was chased off aggressively.

Matatakot Ka Sa Katatawa...

................ Magaling palang mag-make-up si Itay.

You Love Someone... You're Inlove With Someone?

It's definitely different: When You Love Someone And When You're In love With Someone" Alin nga ba ang mas malalim? Loving someone or Being in love with someone?

Ngayon anong nararamdaman mo ngayon: DO YOU LOVE SOMEONE or YOU'RE INLOVE WITH SOMEONE?

Keep On Rollin' And Rockin' Together...

If we look at the world today, we can see many things in progress. In every progress we see there lies an unnoticed aspects that incites the people to do their best for success, success that pulled the world up to its progress.

What did you think is that? That inspired the people as they work? Yes, there are many things that can possibly inspire a man as he work but, music is found to be the best inspiration to many. We can see it proven when we enter into superstores, factories, and offices or rides on the commercial vehicles, music is found to be always there. The purpose of having music inside these business premises and public vehicles is to inspire the workers, customers, drivers and passengers.

The absence of music will probably means loneliness, and loneliness usually causes poor performance. Poor performance gradually heads to failure and failure lost likely ends to poverty. To this end, I can be right to say that music is part of the world’s success and progress.

Nowadays, music is found to be the most popular trade throughout the world. Money is gathered from different music directions through its varied productions. You can also make money out of music through our own unique ways.

Aside from money making, music is also known as a good personality builder. Our personality value will increase if we have great talent in music. We can easily please and win people. But we may ask which instrument must we master for us to become musician? Well, I’d like to tell you that the guitar is the key to all musical instruments. We can easily play piano, organ, string instruments and other instruments if we are master with the guitar.

To become a good musician is great and wonderful. It is one of the best ways to win friends. People who can find with us as a musician will always want to be near to us.

MUSIC is the language of our HEART and the food to our SOUL”. So keep on rollin' and rockin' together… And surely you will rock the world.

Bamboo... "My Fave Pinoy Rock Band"

The coming together of the four members of Bamboo is a definite cosmic event. And it’s quite simple, too. Like lingering random sounds, the four members of Bamboo came together, creating a most beautiful music. All four were part of the band break out in the nineties, and they either knew one or the other personally, or by name or face. It’s something like the six degrees of separation: Bamboo Mañalac and Nathan Azarcon were brothers in Rivermaya. Then Nathan joined Kapatid, where he worked with Ira Cruz. Ira, came from Introvoys and The Passage, as did Vic Mercado. This is how it all began: Bamboo, in the states, was talking with Nathan about forming a band. Then Nathan hooked up with the remaining three here. When Bamboo came back, the four musicians went out for a jam. “Something happened,” Bamboo said of that fateful first. According to Vic, it was one smooth ride: no bumps on the roads, no unexpected twists or turns. It was like a calculated chess move, with things falling into the right places. BAND MEMBERS:
Francisco "Bamboo" Mañalac, frotman vocals
Ira "Cara" Cruz, lead guitar
Nathan "Peter" Azarcon, bass guitar
Vic Mercado, drums/percussions
